Energy Performance Certificates

Since 2007 all new buildings in Scotland  require an EPC For existing buildings, an EPC will be required when the property is sold or rented out to new tenants. Once in place an EPC is valid for 10 years.

An EPC will be provided with the Single Survey issued as part of the Home Report. However, new RENTAL tenancies now require an EPC Home Reports Scotland can provide EPCs on an individual or volume discounted basis. Pre-Sale Reports

A growing number of individuals are taking the opportunity to receive an assessment on their property before they formally market.
